When you purchase your device DoIP SST (JLR00010), DoIP VCI (DAPN0166), DA-ST512 (DAPN0035), JLR VCI (JLR00001), etc as a default we will provide will we provide a one off session to help with setup and running of the device (Within 30 days of receiving your device)
- This 'Single Support' option is for any further help you may require with any other problem you may encounter, should it be with the our device and it's applications or support using our device as a PassThru interface with 3rd party software (i.e. SDD, Pathfinder, TOPIx Cloud).
- Each purchase will be for one session to support the issue you are encountering and the purchased session is valid for 30 days, should you not need support on the same day.
- If your support is related to a DoIP SST (JLR00010) and a single support has been pre-paid for; direct support requests can be made from the device by selecting the F1 (SOS) Button (WiFi Connection required), which saves time on having to email or phone for support.

Tokens - You can purchase Tokens for Individual Vehicle VIN Module programming, setup applications and key programming. (One Token per Vehicle VIN. Valid for 30 days).
